What time are doors?
Doors open at 1pm and the event ends at 10pm each day.

I bought tickets from a third party. Can I still get into the venue?
Ticket Sauce is the only official ticketing partner for Activated Events/Party In The Park and are the only tickets that will scan at the front gate. Any tickets from unauthorized third-party sites will not scan at the front gate. Please be sure to have the original ticket purchased from Party In The Park/Ticket Sauce. In the case of third-party purchases, you must contact the respective vendor (StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.) for any questions or to resolve any issues.

Is The Event ADA Accessible?
Yes, Boots In The Park is fully ADA accessible. Please review accessibility information here. For special requests, please reach out to customerservice@activatedevents.com at least 14 days prior to the event.
ADA Parking – ADA parking is on a first come, first serve basis and is available in a designated lot located close to the event entrance for guests with valid ADA placards or license plates. To enter, guests must present their ADA parking pass along with a valid ADA placard or license plate upon arrival. Staff will be onsite to direct you into the lot and ensure a smooth parking experience.
Please note: ADA parking passes are valid only for this specific lot. Standard parking passes do not guarantee access to ADA spaces.

Can I Exit The Venue And Come Back?
No, there is no reentry once you exit the venue.

What is the Two-Day Event Wristband Policy?
Important: Your wristband is your ticket for both days of the event. Please treat it with care.

Replacements are available for damaged or tampered wristbands.

Replacement is for the original purchaser only.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- One replacement per wristband, per event.

- Wristband Guidelines (Strictly Enforced):
- Do NOT remove your wristband between event days.
- Do NOT stretch, tamper with, or otherwise alter your wristband.
- Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.
- Tampering with the wristband will result in denied entry.

Can I Use Cash Inside The Venue?
This is a CASHLESS event. Food and beverages are sold separately inside the venue. Boots In The Park merchandise and bars are CASHLESS. Some food and merchandise vendors may accept cash, but card is your best bet.

Are There ID Or Minimum Age Requirements To Enter The Event?
This event is all ages. Children under 5 years of age receive free general admission access with the purchase of a parent or guardian ticket, regardless of the parent/guardian ticket type purchased.
You must be 21+ to consume alcohol. A valid, government issued ID will be required to consume alcohol.

What Are My Transportation/Parking Options For Getting To And From The Event?
Paid on-site parking at Woodward Park will be available on a first come, first serve basis. There is limited on-site parking and we encourage everyone to carpool. We highly encourage rideshare options (Uber/Lyft) as well as public transportation. Courtesy shuttles will be running within Woodward Park assisting customers from select pickup points within the park to the concert venue gates. Please always designate a sober driver.
Tailgating is not permitted. Oversize vehicles (Box Trucks, Trailers, etc.) are not allowed in any event parking areas.

What Is The Refund & Exchange Policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event is rain or shine. Lineup and set times subject to change without notice and does not constitute a refund.
Return Policy:
If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. -
What is the parking and transportation information?
PARKING OPTIONS – On-site paid parking is available at Woodward Park on a first come, first served basis. Parking is $5 per vehicle and paid at the pay stations onsite. A limited number of lots will be open throughout the park. Please allow extra time to get inside the venue and park.
RIDESHARE – We highly encourage carpool, rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or public transportation. Rideshare drop off is near the Audubon Dr/Yosemite Rd entrance. Please note pick up is across Audubon. No vehicles will be allowed into the Audubon entrance after 9:00pm.
RIDE WITH FAX – Take FAX Route 1 to the park for $1.00 each way. Purchase two 1-ride tickets in advance for your trip to the park and back or pay cash on the bus. This service is available until 11:21 pm. The drop-off point near the venue is on the SW corner of Fresno St. and Friant.
