What time are doors?
Doors open at 12pm and box office opens 11am.

I bought tickets from a third party. Can I still get into the venue?
Ticket Sauce is the only official ticketing partner for Activated Events/Party In The Park and are the only tickets that will scan at the front gate. Any tickets from unauthorized third-party sites will not scan at the front gate. Please be sure to have the original ticket purchased from Party In The Park/Ticket Sauce. In the case of third-party purchases, you must contact the respective vendor (StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.) for any questions or to resolve any issues.

Is The Event ADA Accessible?
Yes, Party In The Park is fully ADA accessible. Please review accessibility information here. For special requests, please reach out to customerservice@activatedevents.com at least 14 days prior to the event.

Can I Exit The Venue And Come Back?
No, there is no reentry once you exit the venue.

Can I Use Cash Inside The Venue?
This is a CASHLESS event. Food and beverages are sold separately inside the venue. Party In The Park merchandise and bars are CASHLESS. Some food and merchandise vendors may accept cash, but card is your best bet.

Are There ID Or Minimum Age Requirements To Enter The Event?
This event is all ages. Children under 5 years of age receive free general admission access with the purchase of a parent or guardian ticket, regardless of the parent/guardian ticket type purchased.
You must be 21+ to consume alcohol. A valid, government issued ID will be required to consume alcohol.

What Are My Transportation/Parking Options For Getting To And From The Event?
Parking is available at Gilbert Regional Park for an additional fee. Purchase your parking passes early to save time upon arrival!
GA, VIP and ADA parking is availalbe. Valid ADA placard or license plate required. Oversize vehicles (Box Trucks, Trailers, etc.) are not allowed in any event parking areas.
Parking passes are good for Saturday, November 8, 2025, only. Parking passes do not grant entry into the festival.

We highly encourage rideshare options (Uber/Lyft) as well as public transportation. Courtesy shuttles will be running within Gilbert Regional Park assisting customers from select pickup points within the park to the concert venue gates. Please always designate a sober driver.
*Parking security will be present throughout the event. Park at your own risk, we are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss to your vehicle or its contents.
Tailgating is not permitted. Oversize vehicles (Box Trucks, Trailers, etc.) are not allowed in any event parking areas.

What Is The Refund & Exchange Policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event is rain or shine. Lineup and set times subject to change without notice and does not constitute a refund.
Return Policy:
If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.
